C. Goria to the Guardian: "There is no longer a four-walled classroom"

Dr. Cecilia Goria, academic director of the Master of Arts in Language Teaching, was interviewed by Martin Williams from the Guardian about the effects of technology in language teaching.
She stated that "there is no longer a four-walled classroom; teaching and learning now extends beyond that", yet she dismissed the idea of using technology as a silver bullet for language teaching arguing  that "using technology for the sake of it doesn't add anything to either the teaching or the learning. It is really only an improvement if it goes hand-in-hand with a change in the pedagogy."

The interview was part of the technology in language teaching series funded by Rosetta Stone: http://www.theguardian.com/teacher-network/teacher-blog/2014/may/12/technology-language-teaching-learning-pedagogy
